Services

*** I still offer business and life coaching to individuals on a very limited basis. I also offer three different mastermind group programs with cohorts starting when there is enough interest. The three groups are divided by category:

  • Group one is a business and marketing mastermind for coaches, consultants, counselors, and other life guides.
  • Group two is for creative artistic business owners - artists, authors, musicians, performers -  with an immediate need for marketing ideas and support.
  • Group three is for freelancers in creative specialties like design, writing, and audio-video production who want support and accountability as they build and grow their businesses.
Group programs and individual coaching are delivered online using Zoom and my course platform. I no longer accommodate in-person meetings or sessions.

If you want more information about coaching, please schedule a call. My services are specifically tailored to address your needs. The contact form below will link you with my calendar.

As of May 2025, I am no longer an advisor for Larimer SBDC or Loveland Business Development Center. They've been a wonderful organization to work for the past seven years, and I recommend them to all Larimer County-based business owners.

TL;DR This is a description of all the different services I offer. If you don't have time to read the whole thing, just use the contact form below to let me know what you'd like to know about and to access my calendar to schedule a Zoom meeting.

Are there too many things to figure out and not enough time for the figuring?

Do you have a bunch of technology that you want to try, but the learning curve and the user interface are too much right now?

Are you sitting on a pile of content(I hate that word. I'd rather call it valuable resources) that you'd like to find more uses for and possibly create new revenue sources from?

Has starting a blog, a podcast, or a YouTube channel been on your list for a long time, but you keep putting it aside?

Do you want to brush the cobwebs off a channel you've already created and breathe life back into it?

These are all things I can help you accomplish. And there are more.

Many of the people I've worked with are challenged with the ongoing need to attract, develop, and serve clients, but their time and other resources they need are largely tapped. Some have noticed that their usual connecting activities aren't performing as well as they once did, and they're wondering what to do now.

I help in three specific ways:

    • Identifying and understanding your REAL customers or clients.
    • Building and optimizing the right tech channels to reach them.
    • Creating resources to serve them.

What does my role look like?

We begin with a 60-minute consultation to assess your current media use, evaluate its effectiveness, and pinpoint any gaps in your reach or performance. We will also identify existing content resources and those you may require. Based on this consultation, I will prepare a tailored roadmap outlining the necessary client connection work and create a customized program to achieve those goals. This roadmap will feature suggestions for additional services that I can offer or recommend through my professional network.

I will help you find and use the right tools to empower you to effectively reach and serve your clients.

If you don't know who you're trying to reach, it will be difficult to find the tools and create the right systems and resources to serve them. Let me help you eliminate the guesswork.

One recent example is of a nutritionist and cooking teacher whose schedule was full, but the demand for her services was increasing. I suggested online learning as one option to meet the demand without adding to her responsibilities. She already had dozens of hours of teaching videos she'd done on Zoom, but they needed to be reformatted for her course platform. We chose the classes whose topics were most requested, and I took the longer videos and segmented them according to the course format. I also made audio files of the edited classes and added transcripts and captions. She uploaded the videos and PDFs she made from her PowerPoint presentation and worksheets. The work took a couple of months in total, but the result is that she has an additional range of options to serve many more clients with no additional time required from her, and each one is a new revenue stream for her business.

You may have tried some of the new AI tools that promise to fill these gaps, but you haven't been happy with the result, or it's been too confusing to navigate. I am an experienced audio, video, learning, and presentation producer. I've been making digital media materials for over 20 years, including:

  • Online courses
  • Pitch Decks
  • Marketing videos
  • Fillable worksheets and workbooks
  • Online quizzes
  • Interactive forms and polls
  • Blogs, newsletters, and online publications
  • Subscription and membership services
  • Podcasts
  • YouTube videos
  • Online conferences and webinars
  • Video tutorials
  • E-books and audiobooks
  • Video mini-masterclasses
  • Card decks
  • Fridge-worthy freebies
  • Value-laden business cards, postcards, flyers, and SWAG
Another recent example is a health coach whose intake form was so long that her clients weren't completing it in time for their first appointment with her. Some of them were so intimidated by the intake that they opted out of her services. I analyzed her form and identified a large number of redundancies and form fields that seemed inappropriate for the early stage of the client relationship. We cut the completion time by almost 75% then moved the form from a PDF document to a free form platform that allowed the intake to be embedded on her website. The completion rates have increased significantly, and the intake form provides exactly the right information for her to make relevant, targeted recommendations to her clients. Client perceptions of her professionalism and expertise have also improved.

I've worked with people like you to create podcasts, video channels, courses, learning materials, and interactive online experiences. Are you looking for experienced guidance for software like:
  • TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit
  • PowerPoint
  • Canva
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Prezi
  • Descript
  • Spotify for Podcasters
  • Apple Podcasts
  • Audible
  • Teachable
  • Thinkific
  • Udemy
  • Skillshare
  • Skool
  • Zoom
and others...

One last example for now...a counselor I worked with had created an extensive online course on healing emotional trauma. He didn't use social media at all, and the demands of his practice made it difficult to add more tasks to his to-do list. He had several hours of unused video left over from his course that wasn't necessary to include in the course itself, but it was still useful as a marketing tool. I took that video and trimmed it for posting on the social media platforms where vertical video is prominently featured and we set it up to release on a schedule. We also recorded about 90-minutes of Q & A interviews that we then packaged as a mini-masterclass and FAQs. We posted the masterclass and FAQs on YouTube, then embedded them on his website. The evergreen nature of the topic has made these videos popular on the platforms where they've appeared, and they continue to bring traffic to his website and course.

About My Recent Projects
  • I converted over 30 hours of Zoom class recordings into monetized online courses hosted on Thinkific for a cooking and nutrition teacher.
  • I edited ten video podcast episodes, generating over 150 video segments and vertical-format short videos for the website, course, and social media use of an artist professional development coach. This package also included generating and editing captions, writing search-optimized descriptions, generating tags and hashtags, and making a list of suggested content uses.
  • I wrote and produced a video mini-masterclass to help a psychologist promote a new course on his website.
  • I edited five, hour-long Zoom recordings of cooking classes into 5-10 minute video segments for a doctor to use in her Kajabi courses.
  • I designed a twelve-week program for first-time business owners that included video resources, worksheets, and printed materials to help them set and reach their initial business, marketing, and sales goals.
  • I helped an artist create and optimize her YouTube channel to promote her watercolor paintings on Fine Art America.
  • I consulted with a public speaking coach about the flow and function of her website, identifying information gaps and problematic messaging.
  • I taught a coach how to use Google Forms to make interactive website elements and resources for her nutrition clients.
  • I made HTML, Java, and iframe web apps to embed on client websites using Google Gemini, Google Forms, and HTML widgets.
  • I used Google Gemini to create interactive gadgets for Blogger site navigation, photo displays, and coaching exercises.
This year, I've continued developing my facility with AI tools. They are being introduced and iterated so rapidly that it's impossible to stay up-to-date on any of them, let alone all. I've worked with several recent clients to discover and integrate the right kinds of AI tools to help them get their jobs done much more quickly and efficiently. I've been learning ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft CoPilot to start with. Every software platform is starting to offer integrated AI features, so I've also been experimenting with the AI features on apps like Canva, Zoom, Notion, Camtasia, Descript, and Calendly.

If you'd like to explore AI options for your work, I'm available to do the legwork and learning with you so that you don't have to get lost in the weeds as you go.
